Community Ambassador
Program: Once a week members as well as staff go out in the
community and pass out packets of information (History of H.O.P.E Brochure, 12
Articles of Empowerment, Rules of the Center, and Mission Statement) to educate
the community about the homeless/mentally ill population and reduce stigma. In
addition to passing out these packets of information we also keep the community
clean by going around and cleaning empty lots and streets. Plus we volunteer in
any social events around the community.
