Helping Other People Through Empowerment, Inc. is a participant-run drop-in center for adults who have been diagnosed with mental illness. The center was established to provide a place for people with similar disabilities to come together.  HOPE provides a safe place for those who have been denied or refuse to participate in mainstream services.
