Message From the Director
At Helping Other People through Empowerment, Inc. (HOPE)
we value wellness, dignity, resourcefulness, respect, integrity, empowerment, help, care and concern.
We at HOPE want participants to feel as if we are one big family who has the best interests of its members
as well as their families at the heart of our organization.
We pride ourselves on the many participants who come back to see us and join in our activities
after they have received housing and entitlements. Our program is founded on the premise that those with psychiatric
disabilities can and will exceed even their own expectations. We encourage them to evaluate their choices
and understand that they are the captain of their destiny.
