Description:
| |
EESH is a 20 bed non-traditional
shelter that operates 24-hours, 7-days a week. There are
expectations that residents will take ownership and partipate in
maintaining a home environment that is clean and safe. A
resident's stay at EESH is not limited. However, our goal
is to promote and encourage a resident to obtain independent
housing by working with the mental health treatment teams and
developing steps to secure housing within the community. |

Mission:
| |
Our mission is to provide a
clean and safe environment for chronically homeless adults with
a mental health diagnosis that encourages growth and empowerment
through resident involvement in planned activities. In
addition, our mission is to educate our residents with the life
and social skills needed for independent living within the
community by use of available community resourses. |
